Ish is a cybersecurity engineer with over ten years of experience in academia and industry. He has extensive experience in hands-on penetration testing and standing up enterprise security systems. 

 

Ish currently serves as the Chief Product Officer at Tala Secure, a cybersecurity start-up that provides ransomware protection to enterprise systems.

An experienced executive-level leader, Ish concurrently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the West Annapolis Group, the management wing of an Annapolis-based dental group with four locations. Under his leadership, the group expanded its geographical footprint through acquisition and same-store growth. 

​

The current group of practices include: West Annapolis Family Dentistry, Annapolis TMJ, Family Laser Dentistry, and Burwood Village Dentistry.

As an experienced operator in the dental space, Ish provides business education and consulting services through West Annapolis Group.
